In-house tool shop: the foundation for top quality from the outset
As a basis for the high quality of our products, our tools are produced in our own toolmaking facilities at all our locations.
STÜKEN has a long tradition of tool making in Rinteln and in Hradec Králové. We also offer this expertise at our plants in Fountain Inn and Shanghai. From designers to engineers and skilled workers, our team of tool design experts comprises two hundred people. They bring a sound education and wealth of experience to the table, and they are driven by the promise of new challenges. For the production of our tools, we rely on a machine park with state-of-the-art equipment and an excellent infrastructure. We have an independent department for the commissioning of new tools, which is directly attached to the tool shop both in terms of location and organization.
Specializing in complex requirements
Our core competence in the field of tool making lies in the design and creation of tools for transfer presses and progressive tools for the processing of material thicknesses in the range of 0.05 to 2.5 mm. We work worldwide in accordance with the applicable quality standards IATF 16949 and ISO 9001, so that we can reliably design and manufacture any tools for our customer projects.
