Edges and surfaces exactly according to specifications
We consider the required component properties right from the die design for a tool. In special cases, however, further processes are required to achieve the defined edge and surface qualities. Working with competent in-house specialists, we use various mechanical and chemical/electrochemical processing methods. In chemical polishing (also known as pickling), for example, components are optimized with regard to their edge condition or the component surface.
