STÜKEN is one of Germany's best employers

The magazine WELT selects STÜKEN to the "Industrial employer with the best mark" as result of a nationwide survey

Rinteln, November 9^th, 2020 – Deep-drawing specialist STÜKEN is one of the most attractive employers. This was confirmed by the magazine WELT in a survey of Germany's best employers.

The analysis institute ServiceValue GmbH, in cooperation with WELT, conducted a nationwide survey to find out how German companies perform in terms of their attractiveness. In total, citizens rated 4,009 companies from the service, trade and industry sectors. STÜKEN is in the category "Industrial employer with the best mark" in a row with many well-known names.

One aspect that influences the attractiveness of an employer in the long term is its authenticity. "At STÜKEN, it is our corporate culture that one only promises what one can keep. And we always keep what we have promised," explains Dr. Hubert Schmidt, CEO of STÜKEN. According to the makers of the study, this results in the second aspect for high attractiveness: credibility with the workforce, customers and the general public. "STÜKEN is distinguished by the esteem in which our employees are held. With us they can take responsibility and develop their own ideas. We cultivate constructive cooperation. If our employees are proud of their achievements, then everyone has won," says Dr. Hubert Schmidt.
